How to get ready for your CST session
It's time for your appointment!
Doing a few simple things can really help things along.
Wear comfortable clothes.
CST is done fully clothed and you need to be good with laying down in whatever you are wearing. Shoes belts are off and pockets emptied.
Hydrate!
CST helps increase fluid flow: all fluids including Cerebral Spinal Fluid, Lymph, Synovial Fluid (joints)
Water helps flush the system out.
Come early enough to center yourself
Five to ten minutes is all it takes to be able to take care of "business" and relax enough to start leaving behind the day.
Come with an open heart
Being ready in your heart and mind to accept the changes that result from a Craniosacral Therapy session goes a long way to making progress.

SCHEDULING POLICy

Once an appointment is scheduled, all policies apply even if text or email reminder was not received.
A MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE will apply to all No Shows/Late Cancellations.
LATE CANCELLATION - Same day cancellation of appointment - 100% service fee.
NO SHOW - Missing an appointment without communication of cancellation - 100% service fee.
LATE ARRIVAL - If you arrive late for your appointment, your scheduled service is not guaranteed and will likely need to be rescheduled or changed.
If you arrive too late to be seen it is considered a Late Cancellation and the 100% Service Fee applies.
There will be no sessions less than 30 minutes.
TRANSFER OF APPOINTMENT: If you find yourself unable to make your appointment, the time slot can be given to another. Send a family member or friend in your place,
All outstanding balances must be paid in full before any future appointments may be reserved or services received.
Donna Lynne Craniosacral Therapy reserves the right to refuse service if policies are not adhered to or if repeated no shows, late cancels and/or late arrivals occur.
