Hi! I’m Donna  Lynne

Feel Like Yourself Again

I began my journey in Craniosacral Therapy after I was involved in a car accident that shook my brain.

Literally silly. I could not perform the simplest of tasks like making coffee, opening bags of chips, boiling water. (There's one that really makes you wonder about yourself).

I had a concussion that  caused headaches, brain fog, and altered my personality. I had a hair trigger reaction to almost any stimulus.

I was always in anger.

That is no way to live.

to bring clients back to their full self and life.

  • I began my massage practice in 2013, fulfilling a lifelong dream of helping others heal.

Massage had been an every payday part of my life for fifteen years.

Massage kept me relaxed and sane. There was no eating of children during their teen years as I was relaxed and happy.

I knew that becoming a massage therapist would be a wonderful way to give back.

At forty-eight, I fell down a flight of stairs. Eighteen steps. Don't do it. Totally not recommended.

I was completely bruised down the right side of my body because I twisted so that my grandson who was being held in my left arm would not be harmed. He was not.

    I was.

Suffice it to say, I was bedridden for six weeks and left unable to walk without a great deal of pain. I could not go up and down stairs for another month.

Massage helped greatly, but alone, it was not enough.

Three years later, I was involved in a car accident which caused a concussion that removed my ability to think clearly. It was described by my doctors as if I had a stroke.

I could no longer read when I had been reading a couple of books a week.

I could no longer do puzzles, make coffee, cook dinner, tie shoes or any number of things that I had done every day for many years of my life.

    I had a constant headache.

Massage got me moving again, but it was Craniosacral Therapy that brought me back.

It took a few sessions, but CST lifted a brain fog I did not understand that I had. It also removed the headache that would not go away.

My ability to think and learn and to read all came back. As well as the previous curiosity that I didn't realize I had lost.

The biggest thing CST did for me is to bring back my personality. I stopped being stuck in a knee-jerk anger reaction to any stimulus (another thing I did not realize was going on).

By stimulus, I mean, touching me to get my attention, asking a question, shutting the door (!!??? what was that about?), literally: anything could turn me into a raving lunatic.

Later, I also discovered how sound could help reorganize the mess that had become me.

I had a sound bath at a Craniosacral class that helped me to relax and refocus in the same way that CST has done for me.

I began to understand that using sound was extremely helpful, not just as soothing background music, but targeted to the person being worked on.

I took a class on tuning forks and also on singing bowls and other instruments.

    Absolutely, mind-blowing!

Using a variety of modalities to help with healing is a must. You need a team. I need a team.

I have chosen to use in my practice three of the modalities that have helped me the most.

It would be my honor and privilege to join your team working with you on your healing journey.

When we laugh, our souls are uplifted and inspired.

My mission is to help relieve the stress and anxiety that fills so much of our lives these days.

Sometimes in our lives, we need to seek joy and laugh.

So, I have compiled a bunch of puns and jokes in honor of my father who was a very punny man.

The louder he made you groan, the happier it made him.

This page is dedicated to puns. I will be changing them out every few weeks.

I am happy to receive a good pun and will post clean ones if you want to contribute.

I go for those that make me groan and giggle.

These are my gift to you.

I don’t trust stairs because they’re always up to something.

I want to be cremated as it is my last hope for a smoking hot body.

There was a kidnapping at school yesterday. Don’t worry, though - he woke up!

I made a pun about the wind but it blows.

What did one eye say to the other? Just between you and me, something smells.
